Over the last four years, Working Well has created a community of businesses committed to getting our workforce healthier one business at a time. More than 60 companies and other organizations representing about 45,000 employees have participated. Many have created successful wellness programs for their people.
Working Well's Role
Our role is to inspire, motivate and teach these companies how to design and implement a results-oriented wellness program for their employees while making that endeavor beneficial for the employer as well. Monthly Mentoring Sessions provide an endless supply of help, knowledge, support and encouragement. The Working Well website is a treasure trove of wellness resources and a pipeline to information about Working Well events. Our passion for wellness in the workplace means our partner companies are never alone on their wellness journey.
