Company Membership

  • 1-10 employees    $  50 annually
  • 11-50 employees  $100 annually
  • 51-100  employee  $150 annually
  • 101-250 employees  $200 annually
  • 251+ employees    $250 annually

Affiliate/Vendor Membership

$150 Annually

First Mentoring Meeting for any company is free--$25 per visit afterwards

  • Attendance at monthly Mentoring Meetings. Limited to one representative for companies with up to 250 employees and two representatives for companies with more than 250 employees. Additional representatives may attend for a fee.

  • Discounted registration fee for Working Well events:
  • Corporate Cup Challenge: save $40 per team! Members pay $25 per person ($35 per person non members)
  • WellQuest: save $20 per team! Members pay $100 ($120 non-members)
  • CEO Breakfast: save $10 per attendee! Members pay $35 ($45 non-member)

  • Attendance at monthly mentoring meetings

  • Company listing on our Health Fair Vendor list
  • Company listing on our Suggested Lunch and Learn topics/speakers Resource List
  • Company is permitted to display company information or promo items at our monthly mentoring meetings
  • Company is permitted to give a business highlight once a year at our monthly mentoring meetings
  • Company is permitted to recommend at least one speaker and topic a year to the Education Committee for mentoring meeting presentation. The recommendation can include a company representative.

Additional Details:

  • Dues will be on a calendar schedule beginning and renewing in January each year. Members joining mid-year will pay a prorated amount.
  • Members will enroll and pay online at the Working Well website, www.workingwellonline.com, where they will receive usernames and passwords to access members-only content.
